Shipping Information:

The estimated delivery date provides you with a good estimate of shipping times, barring any unexpected delays due to weather or other related issues. 

Items ship by FedEx/UPS/USPS within 2-3 business days after your cleared payment has been received. Free Economy Standard Shipping time-in-transit to most locations is 2 to 9 business days.  Payments received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Shipping To Alternate Addresses:

No change can be made to shipping address after payment is completed.  Please be sure to include any alternate address during checkout as we are unable to make any changes to shipping addresses - as per eBay and PayPal policies.

 Tracking:

Tracking number is posted to eBay as well as your PayPal transaction for your convenience. Once posted, you should receive an email from eBay with the tracking information as well.

Some items are shipped securely in the manufacturer's own box, which may clearly indicate the contents; others are mailed in regular shipping boxes.

Cancellation Policy:

We're only able to cancel the order if you requested within 30 minutes. We usually process orders as soon as they're placed and once processed we're unable to cancel or alter the order.

Return Policy:

We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. If the item is damaged or defective please let us know by contacting us thru eBay messages with pictures showing the damage/defect. We will be more than happy to replace the item for you.

• Clean your baby’s skinAlways keep your baby’s skin as clean and dry as possible. That means changing wet or soiled diapers right away. Since you may not always know when your baby needs a change, check the diaper at least every two hours. In newborns or babies with diaper rash and/or diarrhea, you will need to check even more frequently.
  
  If you use wipes during diaper changes, make sure you choose ones that are mild, gentle, and designed for your baby’s special needs. Your best choices are wipes that have been clinically tested or proven mild to the skin.
